Terms & Conditions

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders are subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock shortages, suspected fraud, or any other legitimate business reason. Where payment has already been received, a full refund will be processed.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates or product improvements.
  • Product specifications may change without prior notice.
  • Ownership of goods remains with the seller until payment has been received in full.
  • Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by payment providers may be deducted where legally applicable.
  • Special-order, customised, or personalised products cannot be cancelled once procurement or manufacture has commenced.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Typical delivery times within South Africa are:
    • Major metropolitan areas: 3–7 business days.
    • Regional and outlying areas: 5–14 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Delivery charges are calculated during checkout unless otherwise stated.
  • Customers will receive courier tracking details once their order has been dispatched.
  • Customers should inspect all goods immediately upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any transit damage, shortages, or incorrect items.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We aim to supply products of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition unless the item is defective.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product supplied by us.
  • Once the returned goods have been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Defective products remain subject to the Consumer Protection Act and any applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Products that have been installed, modified, abused, or damaged through misuse are not eligible for return unless covered by warranty.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

We collect personal information only for legitimate business purposes, including:

Payment Security

Payments are securely processed through PayFast.

We do not store or have access to your credit card or banking details.

All online payments are encrypted and processed using secure payment technology.

Warranty

Warranty periods differ depending on the product purchased.

Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable and do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Incorrect installation.
  • Misuse or abuse.
  • Damage caused by poor water quality, electrical surges, or unauthorised repairs.
  • Consumable items unless found to be defective on delivery.

Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase when making a warranty claim.
